1/2 Jicama sliced into match stick wedges
1/2 cup snap peas
1 lime juiced
1/4 rice wine vinegat
1 cup red onion sliced
Mix onions anf vinegar and let rest for 2 hours and chill
Salt pepper to taste.
Serve jicama and peas cover w onion slaw
