Elsalvadorian papousas and texas caviar

Papousas
2 cups masa/corn flour
1cup water
1 can no fat black bean refried
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup corn
1/2 tablespoon cumin
Salt/pepper to taste

Mix flour and water form into golf balk size then pattie-stuff and fold...ideal for some stuffing seep.
Toss on hot nostick griddle and flip when seared
Caviar
1 can black-eyed peas
1/2 red onion chopped
1 orange bell pepper chopped
1/2 jalepeno seeded and diced
1/4 cup cilantro chopped
1/4 cup corn
Tsp lime juice
